In the last 33 years, Trafalgar has developed a reputation for being

“The Gold Standard” in men’s accessories.

During the mid 1960’s, Marley Hodgson (the original owner of Trafalgar)

was an independent sales representative traveling the

upper Midwest selling traditional apparel to men’s specialty stores. 

Seeing an opportunity in the marketplace to market a line of

high quality men’s belts and accessories, Marley founded Trafalgar Ltd.

He soon found that he could not get the quality product made to meet his high standards.

So, in 1971, he started up his own manufacturing as part

of the company in order to meet the level of quality he wanted with consistency.

The manufacturing facilities he set up,

now located in Norwalk, CT, have been a success.
